Protect Those
Who Protect Us.
Project Pulmonary is a 501(c)(3) public health nonprofit organization that focuses on lung cancer prevention in firefighters by providing pulmonary rehabilitation following carcinogenic inhalation of wildfire VOCs. Through hydration item donations, detoxification sauna installations, K-8 lung cancer screening letters, and student-led chapters, we turn awareness of long-term smoke exposure into direct, visible support.
Core initiatives built for visibility and real local impact.
Each program is designed to make pulmonary health tangible in schools and communities while directly supporting firefighters.
School-led drives that end in direct station donations.
Students coordinate hydration drives with local high schools, collect high-need supplies, and deliver them straight to nearby fire stations, a clear bridge between youth-led service and firefighter support.

Project Pulmonary's impact in awareness, change, and improvements in public health drew me to this initiative, and I am honored to continue and amplify such impact.
What draws me most to Project Pulmonary is its focus on education, awareness, and making a real difference in people's lives.
I'm proud to be part of an initiative that combines advocacy, service, and health education, and excited to help build a future where more firefighters and families have the support they deserve.
